That is what it looks like to me, and Boise was not with Stockton later in the turn.

Then it looks like the USS Boise is a reef.

Does your 'destroyed on field' aircraft losses column for the turn have a few seaplane entries on it? Cross-reference that number with the type and number found on the CL Boise for a more accurate determination. I've never (at least not that I recall) had a false listing of aircraft losses in this manner from a ship that DIDN'T sink. IOW-if you see the right entry, the ship's a goner. If not, probably not.

Actually, I now have too many games going right now. And, I believe that CB and I differ greatly
on house rules.
