serious bit of advice. Even if your logistics system was working properly, you simply can't supply these extras in 1941. All you are going to do is to strangle your already stressed system.

You underestimate the amount of casulties i will face. I expect to be down to 1,5k AFV by December and 2,7 Mio Soldiers. there wont be a supply issue, since there wont be that many Units by the time it would be a problem

I mean my plan is to take Leningrad and Moskau in October / Dezember and we Must take them otherwise there won’t be any game anymore therefore I will attack till I have them or till I ran out of stuff to attack with , there will be no retreat or calling off the offensive

no, I'm not underestimating your losses, most people are around 1500 active AFV in December.

What I am estimating is all you are adding is additional supply demands to an already very weak supply net (actually its not so much an estimate as a prophecy [;)])

even a well constructed supply net struggles to supply the actual 1941 forces committed, you add the fuel and repair etc demands of a 1000 extra tanks and it can't cope

This should be enough to dont instant lose in 1942 Jan and it should be doable

We will faint an attack on Moscow from the South with the elements of PZ Group 1 (yellow) and Army Group Center (Blue) aswell as some SS units , that should hopefully concentrate his best units around Moscow.
Meanwhile we will take Pskov and Talin and then Leningrad, i dont think he will split his Army between Moscow and Leningrad once we cut them in two so i hope he abbandons leningrad to concentrate on Moscow.
The Southern attack will take Smolensk and then all Forces will take Kalinin and Rzhev and built Def Lines

We are making gains and Broke his Main Defensive Line at 4 Locations , pocketed 20 Divisions (8 of which are destroyed by now)
and are Threating the Pocketing of serveral more Formations while also Draining his reserves (he withdrew about 20 Divisions from the Southern Front around Kiev to the North, Army Group Center (blue) has moved forward to intercept them)

Main Problem is now that the Weather started turning to mud.
This is also a good thing however.
Most of our Transfer Units have not yet arivved and this is also a good Moment to refit many units.
I think from what i saw in other AARs that my Wehrmacht is in pretty goodshape. We suffered some losses yes, but we also did not pocket Soviet units, instead we broke them Division for Division in most cases and had shitty supplys for 7 turns. We also are not fighting the Entire front but only the Area around Leningrad and Moscow, the Higher Troops per Tile Concentration thus also Plays in our Favor.

If we rest and refit the Wehrmacht for the next 3 Turns and also make at least some Progress to the Narva Line and take Smolensk then i think we have a Realstic chance at an Operation Taifun.

I Also started preparing a Southern Offensive towards Sewastopol and Kharkov, he withdrew alot of units in the last 3 Turns after he noticed that next to all Panzers are in the North.
Perhaps we might even be able to exploit this by sending some of our Africa Panzer Divisions to the South instead North.
Taking Kharkov and Sweastopol would net 40 VP and thus eliminate the need to take Leningrad and Kalinin which might be nessary.

This entire offensive has caused the Soviet over the past 7 Turns 800.000 Losses and 3.000 Destoyed AVF along with 9.800 Guns
our losses amount to 1.000 AVF and 45.000 losses.
The AVFs will be replaced by the new reinforcements easily. Hence why i think that we are still in good shape

I must say i am some what proud of this Offensive , my opponent wanted to end the Game on turn 9 because he was of the opinion that the German offensive had no chance at Victory. He did manage to contain our breakthrough with his reserves around Pskov and the mud is not helping but i do think that if i am able to get another Breakthrough on this scale that i then can smash his Northern Army against the Coast and reach Leningrad. And Given the rest and reinforced state of my Divisions i belive that my Army is fully capable to breaching and exploting his new Defensive Line aswell.
East of of Pskov and north of Smolensk we are already forming the next salients and future Pockets.
I hope that the weather will allow us to destroy these Formations aswell. They are already cut off from any Rail or Road.
This is also something which plays in our favor here. In our rear is the very well built road and rail net of Latvia and Lithuania.
The Soviet rear is the Kalinin Forrest Area , only 2 rails and 2 Main Roads if i counted correctly. With the use of Paratroopers , Air strikes and a well aimed Panzer Breakthrough we can cut his major Supply lines without having to form a pocket there. Infact most of his Formations already lack supply.
All this basically makes this Area the perfect killing ground for us. If he retreats we can encircle and delete his forces, if he stays he can cut his roads and and pocket his forces.
And the forces in Estonia are running the risk of being cut off, as you might have noticed a new Panzer Division with 20 Offensive Strength has apeared north of Pskov, that is the Fresh 5th Panzer.
It will drive next turn all the way up north and secure the Estonian Pocket. Afterwards we just need to get the ports and run Naval Patrols to make sure nobody gets out.

Lets hope it works out ^.^
