Well 3 moral seems a bit low for this guy
During the Battle of Smolensk in July 1941, the corps under the command of E. Ya. Magon fought defensive battles near Mogilev , and then took part in the counteroffensive of the Central Front, attacking the enemy northeast of Krichev and breaking through to the Roslavl highway in the Shumyatichi - Hotvizh sector , most endangered the rear of the 2nd tank group under the command of Guderian. Worried about the situation, the enemy command redeployed additional forces, after which it launched a strong counterattack on the right flank of the 13th Army, during which the enemy was able to surround the 45th Corps in the Klimovichi area . During a breakthrough from the encirclement on August 14, 1941, Major General Erman Yakovlevich Magon died in battle. He was buried in the city of Klimovichi .
He was a well-prepared militarily, courageous and courageous commander, who possessed amazing self-control and calmness in any situation.
Giving instructions on the organization of defense, Magon combined exactingness with paternal concern for his subordinates. It is no coincidence that they said about him: "With such a commander you will go into fire and into water.
Thank you for your feedback Mr Magon!
Kind Regards Lee Levi Cooper.

May I take some points of this mod and include them in my "Improved OOB 1941-1945" GC scenario? The national morale boost for Romanians, Italians and Hungarians looks very inspiring.
