The rates I am quoting are from the US postal service website link on your site. I have yet to be able to get a quote from your online ordering system as I keep getting the following error after I fill out my shipping info.

The USPS website rate calculator is a bit confusing so it is very likely I am just reading the incorrect rate information. It might mitigate some confusion if you quoted a few postal rates to give us all an idea of how much we are looking at. List a few common destination rates like Canada Australia, Germany, Korea, and South Africa.

I’ll wait and try the online ordering in a few days. I’m sure you will have this problem licked soon.

Matrix:

Can you please provide me with a mailing address so I can send a check or credit card order for the Mega Campaign. I can't even get through the first step of the ordering process, because it doesn't seem to want to recognize my address.

I'm a US serviceman living in Puerto Rico with a 00735 zip code. I'd like to have it delivered UPS. If you can provide me an address and tally up the total, I'd be extremely grateful. My email address is marklaker@yahoo.com, if you'd prefer to send it this way.

Thanks much!

Right now we are limited to trackable shipping means. THat is why "regular" postal rates are not available. We are workingon increasing our flexibility.

We understand the problems, but please recognize we do not have a shipping department and have to rely on "solution providers" to do many tasks for us. We are working with them to improve our flexibility in the options available for shipping, and the full range of alternatives.

Order went thru fine, thx for all your work.
The math was a little off :p i chose the shipping option at $3.50 and the total said $5 for shipping, consider the difference a way pathetic tip :D i would of payed more to support Matrix, customer service is a relic of better days gone bye, so it's nice to see and be able to support [at least a little] a company that does it well.Look forward to supporting you more when your future games come out ;) keep up the good work.
P.S. hope you find a solution for the oversea's customers that works for them. Nothing is ever simple is it.

Just for information, every time I try and order I receive the following message (normally just after I hit the order button and once after filling in my address details) I have tried approximately 10 times over the last 4 days, last few times in last 10 mins.

Any ideas?
