Recommended changes for re-spawning problem

OK guys, considering all the input how about this as a fix for the Japanese re-spawn problem:

1. Remove all 20 reserved "New" slots
2. Remove the entire WA-101 class of captured Dutch minesweepers (7 ships - reduces minesweeper total to 124 AND frees 7 slots).
3. Remove the entire T-101 and T-103 classes of small LST (72 ships)

We would have exactly 100 empty slots and 124 minesweepers. We could also bring the totals into balance by removing the last 24 ships completed (all 8/45 or later) so each minesweeper could be lost and respawn (once!).

Comments??

Are any of the Jap MSWs large enough to be considered DWSs? I don't think they would respawn, so that would be a few extra respawn spaces you wouldn't have to worry about.

I like that last idea Don.

I realize the LSTs are cool and Japan really did build some of them but they are so beyond useless at the stage they are built.

Yeah, they'd end up 1 VP targets and not that much else.

I also agree with Lemur and bstarr.
