I don't think I can possibly top that jersey scotty.
Here is the jersey of the Miami Bulls, the logo is correct, but there was never any jerseys issued, this was the proposed name of the Miami team before it was eventually named the Hooters.

Hi Boxboy99,
I am pretty new to Max uni creation as well (coming over from Madden uni creation). Anyway, the best advice I can give you is to forget about using MSPaint - you are only going to give yourself major headaches with it unless you only want to do some minor adjustments to pre-existing uni's. You need something that will handle layers. Changing colours and what-not is best handled with layers - you just change the base color layer and all the detailing/shading layers stay in tact. With layering, you can do all kinds of manipulation without the earhole, for example, even changing. You also find very useful magic wands and other special highlighting/selection utilites not found in MSPaint.
I think there is a free trial downloadable version of PaintShop Pro available (
http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite? ... ads/Trials) for you to try out. It should do what you need (I use the full version). There may be one for PhotoShop as well (not sure (???)).
Hope this helps.

Or look for a program called GIMP. It's a free open-source program with pretty much all the same features as photoshop or paintshop pro.
And of course once the game's out I'm sure people will be putting up all kinds of custom uniforms for downloading, so there's always the option of just using other people's work.

I am in awe at how terrific the creations you guys have done so far - great job!
Here is my 2nd team - again a conversion from my Madden creation, but with a little bit of Maximum flare. Hope you like them (P.S. It isn't a modified Canucks logo, it is a Haida Orca design).

Hey guys,
Any of you uniform gurus feel like giving this a go? I want my team uniform to look something like this below:
Home Jersey
Away Jersey
Ignore the Cardinal emblems. My team is going to be the Cavaliers and use this as the logo:
knight logo
Anyway, I don't know if I like the the stripes on the sides ending in points (Tapering like they do.), might look better as the side being the one solid color.

i plug in aobut 30 mb of content, still under construction.
rome was not built in a day, but is still worth bookmarking
so please bear with. I knew before but this is exactly how David
feels,
slightly busy taking my wife to chemo today
some things take precedent over cpu games

Im really eager to see some, sorry, any of your work, K
and it is far easier to design new artwork that no one has
any frame of reference to, than to duplicate existing work
heres a thought , get a timer and see how long it takes you to
crank out a rams helmet, its not as easy as you might think
cant wait to see your efforts
