Yes, damage is done to supplys/fuel when a base is captured. It is built in ... you can't influence it (aka this is not Russia playing scorched earth)
LOL...forgot the darned emoticon. Mog mentioned some figure and I wanted to know what the actual rule/feature is. It is nowhere to be seen in the manual I have (it is old but I don't think there is a rewritten one available yet). Coming across as a grumpy old fart DID get a response though![;)]
