I see the Euro axis continue to underperform when it comes to ground strikes. This time though only slightly as you actually flipped 3 vs the expected 3.6. So on the whole axis ground strike succes look to be improving.

Four attacks against Soviet forces.
USSR can give defensive air support to them all. However, as the bombers would go unsupported against Axis fighters I assume that no defensive support will be provided. I hope that I am correct in my thinking. A save, and a picture, are provided for review afterwards.
Continuing onwards towards the attacks.

Cernauti holds. Not happy with that.
I'd be sacking a General after that battle! A few more of those are needed though.

Hopefully to a position where ZOC won't block the Burma road! Just have to get rid of an annoying Burma partisan.

Impulse #3 (Allies)
Land: USSR, China
Combined: US
Naval: CW, French
Pass:
Naval air: CW fighter to red sea.
Naval Movement: Too many CW and French naval moves to write down. Only thing that may be of interest would be loaded Transport in Bay of Bengal.
Strategic bombing: None.
Ground strikes: None.
Rail Movement: Lennigrad factory to Omsk. The Odessa factory railed last impulse appears lost in transit.
Land Movement: All pretty obvious.
Air Rebase: USSR IL-4 rebases south of Kiev & TB-3 rebases to Moscow. CW play musical aircraft with some rebases to North Sea and loaded CV's.
Reorganisation: CW Anson reorgs Ark Royal in Belfast. USSR TB-3 reorgs Tank in swamp. Timoshenko reorgs Mech and Inf.
Over to Axis.
Note Allies may fly GS if unescorted odds are no worse then -3/+2 in USSR.
