I've got the hotfix installed, and figured out that if you want the multiple cpu performance increases, you do need to use the -dual parameter in the startup shortcut.  The hotfix includes small updates to the Guadalcanal scenario db, so I'm going to try to get started on that scenario vs the Japan AI tonight.  After my CHS turn, of course.  [;)]

I could have waited, but wanted an OOB fix for Guad scenario before starting it up this evening.  [:)]
 
If you're running on a system with 2 or more core processors, you just have to see the performance improvement with this fix!!! [&o][&o][&o]
