Updated image packs are now available on the WS downloads page!
The DB3000 collection is now
2.91GB, and consists of
15221 files. The CWDB s now
1.51 GB and consists of
7801 files.
The images can also be downloaded on-demand from within CMO (no manual action needed). If you wish to re-download images that you have already got (e.g. to update), delete all files in these folders:
[CMO]\DB\Images\DB3000
[CMO]\DB\Images\CWDB
Special recognition for this release to Kgambit and Anzu!

Thanks for the update.
The CWDB set seems to have an additional CWDB folder inside the folder itself. Is this intended?
Cheers!

I don't think so. Based on a very cursory spot check, it looks like the second CWDB folder is the pre-update version of the images so it probably can just be deleted or you can store it in a temp folder. The main CWDB folder needs some clean-up as well as it has some secondary thumbnail images mixed in. Haven't checked DB3000 yet but if I find any issues I'll let you know. Sorry about the confusion - this update had a LOT of moving parts.
There are a couple of images that got misnumbered but I'll get those straightened out for the next update.

I'm the guy who actually packaged up the images. It looks like when I packaged up the images, my zipping program put some of the new images into an extra folder. Specifically, all the CWDB Satellite, Ship, Submarine and Weapons images. I apologize for not having caught that. The fix is easy-simply drag all those images from the DB/images/CWDB/CWDB folder to the DB/images/CWDB folder, and delete the now empty folder when you are done.

CV60 and I are reviewing this issue right now. I would suggest NOT moving the contents of the CWDB/CWDB subfolder into the main folder until we get this cleared up.

Dumb question: is DB3K v500 already available ordinary users? I mean the .db3 file.

Not quite yet but we're close to a resolution. Sorry for the delay.

I knew which items I requested where closed as being in db v500 and the current tracker work is for v501.

Hi team
I am a Military Aircraft spotter and wanted just for my private Command installation to add / replace some pic with my own ones. Is there somewhre a description of the logic and short tutorial how the database for Pictures works ?
Thanks a lot Markus
