USSR rails the Vitebsk factory to Omsk. USSR pulls back on the Southern front. Many units pull back to the maximum and Kiev units head north towards Smolensk. The Soviets decide to make a stand in the Pskov, Vitebsk, and Minsk areas, while reserves move North to block the Finnish divisions.

Soviets rebase all 3 fighters to more advantageous positions.

Britain rebases a newly arrived CVP on the carrier in Plymouth, the previous CVP goes to Liverpool.
