France moves 2 CL to West Med 3-box. I decline the intercept as it's pretty obvious they were going to stay there. CW CP sails into West Med. Do the Axis wish to intercept this one?

It had planned to move on but a failure in Allied recon (me not scanning the map thoroughly enough) has failed to account for the Italian CL in the Italian Coast 4-box. It stays where it is. The 7 CA in Malta load in Inf Div from Malta and head into the Italian Coast. I decline the intercept. They load the two Inf Divs from Sardinia and settle in the 4-box.

USSR moves its sub from Singapore to China Sea, disorganising it.

Lots of sea zones available for combat but the Allies decline all except Italian Coast.

Italian Coast.

The Allies don't fly any planes. The Axis could fly a HE-112 near Venice to the 1-box. Do they want to?

You can cancel CP move if you want. With email you just can't see everything like playing hotseat or on board game.

FTR dont't fly to Italian coast.

Offer appreciated but it's served it's purpose from the West Med. If I was going to re-do, I'd go back to Naval Air and fly the A-22 into the Italian Coast and CA's to 3-box.

Up to you which way to proceed.

Both are fine for me. If you have A-22 in Italian Coast I will intercept with German plane (and roll 1) as your fighters can't intercept box 3.

The A-22 is used to attack Taranto instaed but doesn't achieve anything.

USSR rail a Mil unit from way east closer to the front.

Nationalists move Chiang and At gun to Hangchow. USSR shifts units around in the south to plug a gap.

CW invades Tirana in Albania. I include the notional.

I realise I've forgotten to allow for terrain when reckoning the shore bombardment and ground support. The attack goes in at rather long odds. I figure Mayhemizer will choose Assault. The result is far better than expected.

US rebases a couple of CVP and a Catalina out to Pearl.

Turn ends on a 3.

2 communist partisans appear in China.

US adds a chit to the Jap pool. Oil embargo is declared against Japan and 1 chit moves to tension. Land based air escorts for no effect and lend lease to USSR, which a 1 moves 2 chits to tension.
