Here's some perspective on pandemics through history.
No speculation. No politics. Just history:

1. Plague of Justinian—No One Left to Die

The plague decimated Constantinople and spread like wildfire across Europe, Asia, North Africa and Arabia killing an estimated 30 to 50 million people, perhaps half of the world’s population.
The Plague of Justinian arrived in Constantinople, the capital of the Byzantine Empire, in 541 CE. It was carried over the Mediterranean Sea from Egypt, a recently conquered land paying tribute to Emperor Justinian in grain. Plague-ridden fleas hitched a ride on the black rats that snacked on the grain.
“People had no real understanding of how to fight it other than trying to avoid sick people,” says Thomas Mockaitis, a history professor at DePaul University. “As to how the plague ended, the best guess is that the majority of people in a pandemic somehow survive, and those who survive have immunity.”

2. Black Death—The Invention of Quarantine
The plague never really went away, and when it returned 800 years later, it killed with reckless abandon. The Black Death, which hit Europe in 1347, claimed an astonishing 200 million lives in just four years.

3. The Great Plague of London—Sealing Up the Sick
London never really caught a break after the Black Death. The plague resurfaced roughly every 20 years from 1348 to 1665—40 outbreaks in 300 years. And with each new plague epidemic, 20 percent of the men, women and children living in the British capital were killed.
By the early 1500s, England imposed the first laws to separate and isolate the sick. Homes stricken by plague were marked with a bale of hay strung to a pole outside. If you had infected family members, you had to carry a white pole when you went out in public. Cats and dogs were believed to carry the disease, so there was a wholesale massacre of hundreds of thousands of animals.
The Great Plague of 1665 was the last and one of the worst of the centuries-long outbreaks, killing 100,000 Londoners in just seven months. All public entertainment was banned and victims were forcibly shut into their homes to prevent the spread of the disease. Red crosses were painted on their doors along with a plea for forgiveness: “Lord have mercy upon us.”

4. Smallpox—A European Disease Ravages the New World
Smallpox was endemic to Europe, Asia and Arabia for centuries, a persistent menace that killed three out of ten people it infected and left the rest with pockmarked scars. But the death rate in the Old World paled in comparison to the devastation wrought on native populations in the New World when the smallpox virus arrived in the 15th century with the first European explorers.
“There hasn’t been a kill off in human history to match what happened in the Americas—90 to 95 percent of the indigenous population wiped out over a century,” says Mockaitis. “Mexico goes from 11 million people pre-conquest to one million.”

5. Cholera—A Victory for Public Health Research
In the early- to mid-19th century, cholera tore through England, killing tens of thousands. The prevailing scientific theory of the day said that the disease was spread by foul air known as a “miasma.” But a British doctor named John Snow suspected that the mysterious disease, which killed its victims within days of the first symptoms, lurked in London’s drinking water.
While cholera has largely been eradicated in developed countries, it’s still a persistent killer in third-world countries lacking adequate sewage treatment and access to clean drinking water.

Dr. Edward Jenner worked on the smallpox vaccine. Cowpox is a related disease but after an infection of that, there was immunity to smallpox. Milk maids used to get cowpox, hence the term "Milkmaid complexion."

By 1768, English physician John Fewster had realised that prior infection with cowpox rendered a person immune to smallpox.[28] In the years following 1770, at least five investigators in England and Germany (Sevel, Jensen, Jesty 1774, Rendell, Plett 1791) successfully tested in humans a cowpox vaccine against smallpox.[29] For example, Dorset farmer Benjamin Jesty[30] successfully vaccinated and presumably induced immunity with cowpox in his wife and two children during a smallpox epidemic in 1774, but it was not until Jenner's work that the procedure became widely understood. Jenner may have been aware of Jesty's procedures and success.[31] A similar observation had also been made in France by Jacques Antoine Rabaut-Pommier in 1780.[32]

Noting the common observation that milkmaids were generally immune to smallpox, Jenner postulated that the pus in the blisters that milkmaids received from cowpox (a disease similar to smallpox, but much less virulent) protected them from smallpox.
Jenner's Hypothesis:
The initial source of infection was a disease of horses, called "the grease", which was transferred to cattle by farm workers, transformed, and then manifested as cowpox.

Phipps was the 17th case described in Jenner's first paper on vaccination.[34]

Jenner inoculated Phipps in both arms that day, subsequently producing in Phipps a fever and some uneasiness, but no full-blown infection. Later, he injected Phipps with variolous material, the routine method of immunization at that time. No disease followed. The boy was later challenged with variolous material and again showed no sign of infection.
Known:
Smallpox is more dangerous than variolation and cowpox less dangerous than variolation.
Hypothesis:
If target is infected with cowpox, then target is immune to smallpox.
Test:
If variolation after infection with cowpox fails to produce a smallpox infection, immunity to smallpox has been achieved.
Consequence:
Immunity to smallpox can be induced much more safely than by variolation.

Donald Hopkins has written, "Jenner's unique contribution was not that he inoculated a few persons with cowpox, but that he then proved [by subsequent challenges] that they were immune to smallpox. Moreover, he demonstrated that the protective cowpox pus could be effectively inoculated from person to person, not just directly from cattle."[35] Jenner successfully tested his hypothesis on 23 additional subjects.

My numbers are, 1 dead, 1 in the hospital, and 2 positives at home, out of 7. These are my real numbers, and those that I do care, but I also have respect for the other 69,527 deaths of the rest of the world!

We see these numbers every day on the news, on the web, ect, to some that´s there job which I also respect. We really don´t need to see them here too. It´s a matter of being respectful, don´t you think?

Unfortutantely all this has alot to do with politics (goverments), because we pay them to keep us safe, among other things! They declare the state of alarm, thus forcing the lockdown, unable to go to work, so no income, unable to buy food or pay rent ect. But you will have to pay your taxes Sir! Even worst when this is over. I can´t see how that can be ignored. Sure they can come up with a cure, but again, it´s going to be up to your goverment what they do with it, and how.

So yeah, some motives to be a bit pissed-off aside from the lies and losing a loved one. But you can paint his pink, are go blind, what ever turns you on, but don´t tell me I don´t care! I don´t think your losing anything by the way you talk, so should I ask myself if you really care?

Yeah, I decided to come up front and talk about this, some might have decided not to share there feelings here, so we really don´t know how many Matrix users have been directly effected by this misfortunate incident. But I for one have always tried to put myself in others ones shoes, some should try that.

Best guesses you mean. I'm simply not going to work with "belief". I'll stick to the data.

As I've said before, the figures I'm posting are the only ones available to us that do not use data manipulation or speculation.

Regardless, note that the first three columns are just raw data. Their charts have a usefulness independent of any conflict over the death rate. For example, we can see clearly that there has been no "flattening of the curve" on the Total Cases chart.

It all depends on how you look at the statistics. The serious and critical are potential deaths. So I could say there will be a potential ~10% death rate and be as correct as anyone else because NO ONE KNOWS. Not even the experts and they will be the first to tell you that. BTW you use the word estimate. Which should tell you no one knows.
