Where are you going in upstate ny?

Towns called Schuyler Lake. Some friends have a vacation house up there.

Cool, was reading about the Saratoga campaign a couple of weeks ago. I assume the lake is related to the family of the general of the same name.

Hope you don't have any blizzards in the forecast.

Finally snowing [X(]

Congratulations or condolences? Almost 70 here. Kinda kills the New Year's mood. Perhaps alcohol will restore it?

Temp just above freezing here. Supposed to be a very windy and miserable New Year's Eve tomorrow.

One of my best friends (and a former college roommate) is Richard Philip Schuyler George... yes, he is a direct descendant of Gen't Philip Schuyler. His dad was in the Air Force when they moved to Georgia. Nowadays Sky lives in Sonoma county, so he and I get together more frequently than we do with any of our other college friends.

Of course alcohol will restore the New Year's mood, dude. Personally, I'd have no problem with 70F either. I promise I'd be outside partying if we had that here.
