Turn 12. Jul/Aug 1941. Axis #10. Impulse Planning.
Japan.
(1) Japan is exhausted; heck, all of Asia (Soviet, Nationalist & CCP) are exhausted.
(2) By exhausted I mean flipped or destroyed.
(3) Japan will move the FIC vol Mil from Saigon to Port Arthur.
(4) This move will be direct if NOT intercepted by Soviet Subs in the China Sea.
(5) If intercept, the loaded TRS Gp w/MIL will stop in China Sea[0] and debarked later in the turn (assuming IJN fends off Soviet Sub Gps).
(6) IJN TF[2] in China Sea will be moved down to escort (i.e., [0]); independent of whether or not the IJN TRS Gp is successfully intercepted.
(7) 2 or 3 LMs will be used in Northern China vs CCP to stabilize the FLOT of an IJA army group without a HQ and without supply (i.e., Out of Supply).
Active War.

Turn 12. Jul/Aug 1941. Impulse Planning. CW.
(1) CW got credit (i.e., passed) this turn's production goals (CW-WAR-150) and control of the East Med (CW-WAR-153) given Euro-Axis no longer in position to contest either.
(2) On the negative, the CW failed to meet their strategic bombing goals (CW-WAR-156).
(3) The only active fronts let for the CW is in North Africa and East Africa.
(4) In North Africa, CW forces will continue to push (non-combat) east across Algeria, or into Algeria from Morocco, as hard as they can.
(5) Back in Egypt, the French cav will gallop west as fast as possible towards the Libyan border.
(6) In East Africa, ground forces not assigned for next turn to take Asmara, Eritrea will close on the Addis Ababas, Ethiopia.

Turn 12. Jul/Aug 1941. Impulse Planning. CCP.
(1) Two land combats were considered (1a,b) vs Taiyuan & (2a,b) vs Mtns 74,140.
(2) Though greater risk, (2a,b) vs Mtn 74,140 was greenlighted because of the enormous gain (potential).
(3) While the CCP can ill afford more losses that can't be replaced; Mao spurred on by Stalin sees a golden opportunity to potentially break the back of the Japanese Army Group facing him.
(4) Stalin has promised that once he clears Port Arthur and the Yan Mtns that Zhukov (or Yeremenko) will being arriving with a Soviet front from the north.
(5) Of course, at best that'll be next turn; but the Japanese are in no position to do anything, anywhere for the rest of
THIS turn.

Turn 12. Jul/Aug 1941. Impulse Planning. USSR.
(1) Stalin has made big promises to Mao for next turn.
(2) However; this turn both is Asian fronts are exhausted (i.e., all flipped)!
(3) Really, there's not any moves that the Soviets can, or likely will take, except possibly some adjustments to their positions on the Eastern Front.
