This powerfully secures the right flank of the salient and threatens the North coast of New Guinea.
With milspeak like that, aren't you going to give the reader the uncomfortable image of forethought, pranning and competence in your offensive thrust? Wouldn't that be a departure from the tone of this magnificent World's Worst AAR? Is Lord Admiral Sprior OK with this? I'm so confused...[&:]

Surely you are accustomed to confusion at this point?

I'm sure it was a ghost writer that composed that and that normal service will be resumed soon.

Good morning, I am General Doulgas A MacArthur. I am a four star general. Did I mention that? I would like to talk to you today about Allied operation in a place very dear to me, the Phillipines. Now, I have no quarrel with the bravery of our soldiers, sailors and marines. My concern is with leadership. Palawan has no strategic value. We must chose vital targets. I propose we drop the 503rd right here...in Manila....<nods to aide who pulls down map of Manila>..on the grounds of the San Miguel Brewery. Now, you average sake-swilling Japanese knows nothing of fine brewing. We will bring the Empire to its knees. Think about it. You go out for sushi and the bastards want an extra $4 for a bottle of Kirin...<POOOF...there is a cloud of smoke where the General used to stand. As the smoke clears a much younger man with Asiatic features and foreign-lookin uniform stands in his place>
Good-ah morning. I am-ah Warrant Officer Saito. Perhaps you remember me from-ah Word War II(a). I was commanding officer of USS Sart Rake City for two grorious weeks. Now, I know some say, "oh no reader bug is back" but this-ah not fair. It not-ah reader bug for me. For me it-ah job opportunity...<POOF>

I would never turn my back on young delinquents from Jersey. The ones from Hoboken are the worst.

Well, "potatoe" has an 'e' on the end, why not "tomatoe"?

I think the third name down on that invitation is Quayle. Maybe it's his grandpappy?
