Apex Gaming reviewed Harpoon 3, in general the score is good, but it took a ding because they score the "sound" of a game; which is admittedly not Harpoon's strong point I think its a pretty nice review, accurrately stating that Harpoon is not for the faint of heart when it comes to hardcore tactics.
