Once a game is started is there a way to shut the AV off?

We have a game that can be win by AV but we wonder if it can leads to Axis Victory in the long run so shutting off the option would prove interesting.

No there isn't. I think it is possible in a game against the AI (where only Axis or Allied players are set to human control), but not in a multiplayer game.
