New editor for WPO

Technically new WITP editor v6 can be used with WPO scenarios as well but you need to own WITP, i.e. it doesn't accept serail# of WPO. It's not a problem for me since I have them both [8D], but me thinks that once released for WPO as well it might help to WPO-only owners to modify this highly moddable product.. [;)]
