I want to do old school AFL-NFL uniforms were the uniform number appears on the helmet (side, front). There may be a mapping problem for numbers on the front but the side should be ok.

Do you mean like Alabama's helmets? If so, that might not be possible, as the helmet logo is team specific, and not player specific. It would be great, I'm guessing it would be hard to code at this point.

This has been requested by Old Coach as well.
It would require something similar to the shoulder numbers, but I am unsure if this can be done.
