What is the best way to manage time. The Ai gets many attacks a turn while I tend to use up my entire turn on the first go. I'm always afraid that if I conduct attacks and use up most of the trun, I will not get to move units so I make sure I do everthing at once and use up the entire turn. This is leaving me at a disavantages. How do you guys do it?

Well the first thing is to be very careful that you don't set up attacks with units which don't have the maximum amount of move remaining (unless they are very important and you are unsure of having a chance to launch them later). Second, use minimise losses if you're not sure you can dislodge the defender (especially if the units have proficiency above 60%). Third, watch co-operation levels. Lack of co-operation can cause attacks to overrun. Fourth, don't allow units with very high proficiency (over 90%) to attack if there's any danger the defender will hold.
To a fairly large extent, it's just a matter of learning to judge which defenders can be made to retreat and which can't. Once you've done that it's a lot easier to avoid turn-burning attacks.

I would suggest going to the SZO Forums and read some of the non-axis/non-allied posts in the workshop thread. There's a whole novel of text to read on Turn resolutions, combat rounds per turn, etc. etc.
Its a big part of toaw to learn to get good. ... and there's more recommendations and how-to's on time-management there than you care to know about ....

I think this should work to get you there. If not go to the stragegy zone web site forums for toaw.
