installation fails

hi,
i just bought korsun pocket. unfortunately I couldn't install the game on my PC. I live in Germany and my PC has an AMD Athlon 64 processor with windows XP version 2002. the installation process immediately stops with the message "unable to create directory Matrix Games/ Korsun Pocket". Can you help me?
