Some WIR FAQ's seem to make sense. So if anybody knows some real frequently asked questions (probably posted before) please post a reply including question and answer or the link to the certain topic and I will add them to a WIR FAQ section at my website.

Here is one.. is there a pentalty when u plot against a enemy when ur corp is in river?

Yes, there is if you attack thru river. I am sure somebody knows better, but AFAIK your corps will attack at half infantry and 1/3 armor strenght.

Everybody please help finding more important posts. Searching the whole forum would certainly cost me a lot of time.

The FAQ page (http://www.davescorner.de/games/wir/faq/faq_en.html ) on my site is now working. If there's something to add let me know. Of course you can do it yourself too. (Just download the HTML and add text.)
