My understanding of Runs/Created is that it is the number of runs a team with 9 of that player would score. In my current season #10 in the league is 3.31, but the average team is 3.45. That doesn't make sense.

Even with my own team the numbers don't make sense. My team average 4.70 but the best player in the league is on my team and is only 3.5.

Is it being calculated correctly? Also, the numbers a different in the Sabermetric Reports pack and the PSPN issues. It is lower in the stat packs, but neither number makes logical sense as I view the stat.

What is the formula? Am I misunderstanding the concept?

The only thing I can think of is that instead of runs created per 27 outs, this is calculating per 27 at bats...
