one review of the game said it was too easy to steal bases. has this been patched?

I don't know if this has been patched or not, but I do not feel that it is too easy to steal bases. I observe that if the runner is fast enough then most efforts to steal will be successfu. However, generally when a player steals once in a game A-1 will pitchout and in most cases then runner will be thrown out if he tries again. If the runner is not fast, the odds are that he will be thrown out on the first attempt.

I personally build my teams around team speed, and I definitely don't find it "easy" to steal bases.

In a very early build there was a bug with stealing bases while managing and some people reported it very easy to steal home.
