Hi ive had HTTR for a few months now and unfortunately had to do a format of my hard drive. I did not backup HTTR. I have 4 matrix games and it was the only one i dont have a hard backup copy of

I do still have my serial key however and its registered on the matrix website. Ive e-mailed support several times about this and no one has got back to me yet. What do i do? How can i download the game again without knowing my order number or the credit card i used to purchase it with? There must be some tracability with my e-mail address and serial code surely?
