Unapproachable System

Under the heading of "can't get there from here":
I have an enemy resource system that I can't travel to. I click on the system and then select a ship and go to select mission and there's no choice for that system. I can go anywhere else in the galaxy but not there. Bizarre...

Never had that, sure the game wasn't on pause or something. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
Try going there manually. Set a course for anywhere else, cancel that and send your ship to any nav coordinate of the star system.(eg. goto Xx position)

How do I go to "XX" position? I'd love to know!

It's not exactly a number.
It's more like an overide to the automated navigation system.
When your ship has a mission at hand, you can "cancel the nav order" then click on the view screen to where you want your ship to go and then tell it to go to that exact location.
It works weird, so experiment with it.

That's a good one to know. I was wondering about the difference between "cancel current nav order" and "cancel current mission". I was also wondering what use the cursor was as I couldn't do anything with it. This could be useful!
