Can someone please direct me to best MODS for HTR.
also am looking for an opponent who will be defeated by me. thanks.

There were only two mods that I recall.

(1) The RDOA Classic look for terrain. Higher contrast and less green. (Actually made available by PG.)

(2) Tactics sound mod. A nice collection of sounds, but I prefered the more hollow distant sounds of the stock game.

You'll find the mods cited above (and more) on the web site listed at The Drop Zone Depot.
Check especially the Airborne Depot for scenarios and maps.
The RDoA classic look can be found on HTTR official site.
