Problem with patch

Hi, I just got TS: JC and TS: AtG and in both cases I can't install the patches because the serial numbers are not recognized, yet I had no problem installing the games themselves. Any help appreciated.

Did you purchase your copies of the TS games from our store or elsewhere? What version do your games report being before you try to update them?

Elsewhere. Julius Caesar was purchased at an Electronic Boutique and Alexander on eBay. JC is v1.11 -- I guess that this is the most up-to-date, so there's probably no problem there -- while Alexander is v1.00.
