WVS files

For some reason I am not able to edit stadiums that still have a wvs file in them. I am using a free version of "Calagari (sp). How do you work with this file. I am able to edit and alter stadiums that do not have this file.

wvs file is a custom format. TrueSpace can not read those.
Some people have managed to extract information from the wvs file so you can open and edit stadium data via TrueSpace.
But the stand alone wvs file is my custom format and can't be opened by something like TrueSpace.
