So When is the Target Month for Release?

I have to say, I found the original game a month before an OS upgrade to XP and then of course I could never get it to work again, so I am thrilled to see a modern improved version to play. So what is the target release month?

Moot point now with a new version on the way but CCAW plays fine on XP using DOSBOX,a free DOS emulator available for download.
I can't remember the URL off hand, but it should be easy to google.
