Japanese CVs rushing about 21 hexes?

Can somebody explain me how a Japanese TF (with 4 CVs) can rush south about 21 hexes in only one day?
All explanation will be welcome... Thank you.

Why does it seem to be that an update corrects a problem and blesses us with 1 or 2 more in it's place? Why is this acceptable? Why not better programming instead of excuses?
