Eric, re CotD I have actually deleted the 'IntroMusic file fron the Sound Folder and put a copy on my desktop. I have shutdown and restarted my computer three tiimes now and the game opens each time. If I just close the game and then attempt to reopen it, no go!!

I just went in myself to the support account to double-check. I see absolutely no e-mails from you, no DxDiag info as a result. Can you please re-send anything you sent to
support@matrixgames.com and double-check for typos? Also, please send a copy to
erikr@matrixgames.com. It appears none of your e-mails were ever received on this end.
