I have tried to use the league editor through the drop down menus in the utility set. There is no league information such as divisions and so on. This was very helpful in managing the NCAA league. Is there something that I missed, cause to be honest, its been a long time since I went back to the game.

All the league creation and management is done exclusively through the core game now. I've removed the league creation/editing functions from the utilities. You need to use the core game now to create leagues and add teams.
