So why haven't I any feedback from support@matrixgames.com? I have sent two mails including a diaxdaig without any feedback whatsoever!

Not good enough Eric, although I know you answered me but really a week now??

Can you please post a DxDiag here or e-mail it to erikr@matrixgames.com? I haven't received one from you yet. Also, please keep posting in the Support forum, cross-posting this to the general forum is not going to help.
