AI Motorized Infantry

I noticed a few time the AI moving an Infantry to take a region then at the end of the AI move the region is empty of that Infantry. This happens mainly in Russia whatever side.
I was under the impression that once moved you can't transport that INF strategically anymore.
Is this normal for the AI to be able to do so or is it a bug?
Not a big deal really, just wondering.

It's a bug and if I'm not wrong they are working on it, it was previously reported.

I believe this bug has been solved and is awating the first patch.

Don't remember where I saw it, but there is also a private development forum for AWD which is not accessible for the public and it could have been there, anyway Kamikazininja confirmed it's fixed and ready for the first patch, so that's just great.
