In five minutes we are to begin our advance here in Malaya against the British Imperalists. We will begin our move in a three company front. With A in the center B on the north flank and C CO. on the south flank.

Every body is in great spirits and really ready to go. We believe we will be victorious aginst the dogs from England. We do not have far to go to reach the front objectives. Proably less then 400 feet there we will set up and wait for them to appear. It is going to be close work the visability is only 350 feet. So they will have to get close with there tanks which should give our knee mortars a good killing zone.

Lots of heavy vegatation to cut our way thru which means in some areas it will be even closer work. This we believe will work in our favor too as we are very good at concealment. The British are still fighting in there khaki uniforms which stand out very well in the jungle. Hot so very hot and muggy as hell. Sweat runs down your body like a faucet. Your rifle becomes slippery in your hands which makes the bolt hard to jerk back sometimes. And sometimes seconds can mean life or death to you.

Got to go can hear the men begin to move thru the jungle. Got to get out there and urge them on into certain death. Hope our guns keep firing today and take out a lot of the enemy before we even get close to them. The preliminary bombardment has already begun. Can hear the shells screaming over head at this precise moment. The thump thump of there sound is very reassuring to the ears.

The battle has begun already the British came out of the jungle vegatation like ghosts appearing. We have already taken out at least 7 tanks. Trying to get our ATG and IG guns moved up into firing positions as quick as possible. They are hitting our lines all along the front.

There 4.5 guns opened up on us 5 minutes ago. Several men killed in the barage so far. They have managed to take out 2 of our tanks as well. This is going to be a very brutal fight today. The British are desperate to stop us and of course we are desperate to push on thru them.

We have taken the north and the south objectives and very close to over running the center. At the present time we are holding them and pushing a lot of the enemy back into the jungle overgrowth. See accompanying recon photo. Keep the artty shells coming as we can hear them screaming where the shells are falling.

One hour into the battle and we are still moving well. Gaining at least 50 feet every 5 minutes. We have taken out at least 50 tanks as well as over 1000 men. Our losses are 8 tanks and maybe 125 men.

The right flank of A has slowed down to a crawl as they have been under very heavy bombardment almost from the get go. They continue to get most all the shells falling on them. Trying to form some sort of a line with it being anchored in the south with B CO. A and C will compromise the right or northern arm of the wedge. So far no big delay has been encountered of the enemy they are fairly well beaten down right now and really just trying to save there selves.

Our morale is still high as I can hear some of the men shouting as they press forward pushing hard on the enemys heals. I look for this battle to be over with in the next 45 minutes with all objectives in our hands and the enemy in full rout. In the photo sent with this you can see the begining of the v we are trying to form to move on towards the rear objectives.

Looks remarkably like the battle deploy line I used against the italians in the Flashfyre effort I'm cronicalling,and when your beating them that badly,don't be scared to still continue to send your recon threw any gaps or inactive parts of the line to find rear placed collection points and concentrations to call support to.

Just over two hours to whip the British and whip them bad today. We were rooting the survivors out of brush piles and fallen trees all day. And of course shooting or beheading them as we went. We took no prisoners today. In fact we killed 1306 of them while losing only 151 men.
 
Our tankers where exceptional today in taking out 53 of there tanks while losing only 5 of ours two of them to artty. We lost two of our guns while taking out 20 of theres most of them being those pesky 2inch mortars.
 
We have been given new orders we are to move out to Malacca and set up a delay against the British there. We will get replacements for what we lost and a unit citarion for our actions today. Have read the commendation to our men from the Emperor. Have never heard so much jubilation from a group of men before. Brought tears to my eyes and me a grown man shame. But it was happy tears for my men no sorrow. Truly a great victory for us today may there be many more as we go out to vanquish our foes.
 
There have been some rumors going around about some disagreement between our nation and the United States of America. The men have said they have no fear for the pale washed out whites of the US. We will do the same to them as we have to the British here in Malaya.
 
The new year will bring great things to our nation Im sure.
