I sometimes find that when I move the cursor over the menu buttons, the cursor stops and I can't click the button. If I move the cursor away, it sticks for a bit and then eventually pops in another location. It may take several attempts, for instance, to successfully click the Accept or Exit button.

I had a similar problem, before realising it was the windows task bar getting in the way after alt tabbing too and from the game.
