Stupid Question of the Day

So I was messing around with the Play Development System and when I was done I wanted to exit. But I couldn't!! How the heck do you exit out of that function??
(please refrain from mocking tones, thank you)

I think it's the escape key.

Hit Esc
In that order! [:)] (Unless you don't want to save any changes ....)
