Run-time error with 1.40

Team has 61 players. Try to click on minor league player so I can release him. Get Run-time error 94 Invalid use or Null

OK, fixed it, but only by making the code a bit more robust.
The real problem lies in the fact that somewhere along the line some of your players lost information about what team they were on when playing in the minors. (For example, Bill Madlock on your team).
It looks like this only would happen in the case where an association was created using PureSim 2004 or PureSim 2005 and then upgraded to 2007.
You should be fine with the next patch. Thanks for taking the time to send the association file.
