[OT] Crusaders Studios

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what happened to Crusaders Studios? I was reading an old copy of Debrief magazine (9/98), and they had an ad in there for a game called Greyhounds of the Sea that they were working on. Is the game still in development anywhere? What happened to this company? Thanks.
