Pathfinding

I have a naval task force that appears to be sitting inland 100 miles or so, near Phnom Phenh. Since I just started playing PW, I don't know if this is a normal, known anomaly or not, but I thought I'd let you know, as I know the pathfinding was reworked for this new edition.

If the hex you saw the TF on is the one just to the left of Phnom Phenh (hex 21,14), then it is not a problem, because that hex is actually a coastal hex (zoom in and check left side of hex). The graphics may make it look a bit odd, but it is not a bug.

Let us know if the location the TF was seen at is totally land-locked.

You're absolutely right. That was the hex and it is a coastal hex (though just barely). Sorry for the false alarm.

P.S. Since we're on the subject: are the spaces in PW actually hexes, or are they offset squares?

They are actually offset squares an not hexes as you suggested. It's just my old wargaming days betraying me!
