MOVED: kicking off plays needing help...

MOVEDfor some reason all of my kick off line up has gone crazy. the kicking team kicks from the 30 yard line and the receiving team lines up on the same line.
not sure if i deleted the default KO/KR accidently or what.
what yard line do you create kick offs from and kick returns from?
