I purchased and downloaded the game but it refuses to accept my serial number. What can we do about this? Thanks.

Are you entering it with numbers, dashes and all?

Also, try going to www.findmyorder.com to confirm that the number listed there matches what you are entering please.

also, if you copied the number from the webpage (copy paste idea) make sure you stop right on the last number, alot of times it will also take a null spot after the last number and then paste that, which the program will say as the wrong number
