On the FoF game menu screen if you click "Forge of Freedom The American Civil War 1861-1865" more then once to play the game in rapid succession you will open up multiple copies of the game depending on how many times you clicked.

It caught me blindsided when I was so eager to play I clicked three times to run the game and was rewarded with three games running at the same time. [8|]

Pardon me while I laugh. That must be a killer for anyone playing at less than 1GB RAM.

That never came up in beta-testing. (I'd like to think that it's not because our testers weren't eager to play.)

I'll now turn this issue over to Eric, since things like this are above my pay grade.

oorrr, try clicking on the desktop shortcut, launches the starter screan, but that is unable to be clicked so to launch I had to go into the executable in the folder on the drive, how odd.. hopefully I can get this to run faster, running a battle was slow on a sys with lots of memory.. odd

Probably a software firewall or virus scanner prohibiting this. Check the settings.

Also, you can access the "Quick Start" link from the Windows START menu entry for FOF.
