Not a huge deal but it bothers me becaue I live here.

The capital of NC is Raleigh not Greensboro.

Not an error, just a graphics/unit-placement issue. What you're looking at is Raleigh, which is shown to be the capital by the star-in-circle symbol. Raleigh is located in the riverine province Neuse River, but must be placed beside the river rather than in it. So, it looks like Greensboro (or Greensborough as it seems to have been called back then) is the capital, but if you right-click on it you'll definitely see that that's Raleigh. Similarly, Richmond is in the James River province, but looks like it's in Rappahanock.

On city placement in general:  the way the engine works, sometimes cities can't be placed exactly where we'd most like them and have to be placed in the closest available location.  Richmond, for instance, is rather northeast of where it actually should be.
