Force X winning bug

Converting my Suez Canal 1973 scenario from ACoW to TOAW3, I have a News event with a "Force 1 winning" trigger with a value of 200. When I try to create this event in TOAW3 the maximum value I can enter for the "Force 1 winning" trigger is 100. When I try to enter the value 200, it gets converted to 100 when I save the event.

Interestingly when I open the original scenario into the TOAW3 editor the "Force 1 winning" value of 200 shows up for this event. But if I try to enter a value in the text entry box it will only show a maximum value of 100, as above.

To get around the 100 limit, set the effect to "cancel event" and the target to event 201 (or 199 - there's a difference of 1 & I can't remember which direction right now). Then set the effect back to "Force 1 winning". That will allow setting the limit up to about 1000. If you ever have to go higher, you will have to use one of the effects that have a unit as a target, allowing you to go up to 4000, depending on your force size.

This technique can be used for several of the effects that have similar limits.

Your recommendation worked perfectly, thanks! (Btw the "Cancel event" value should be set to 201 - this will result in a "Force 1 winning" value of 200.)
