I noticed neither the mouse wheel nor the up/down arrows worked on the Governor screen. The only way to scroll up or down was by going to the edge of the screen.

my mouse wheel works on the screen

and so does the arrow keys ??

My mistake, it is the Overview screen where only hitting the edge to scroll works for me. Neither the mouse wheel nor the arrow keys work.

I don't think the mousewheel/arrows are actually programmed to work on the Overview screen, though I can look into adding support for them.
