I turned it of in "prefs" but now it always pop-up when there is a battle (quick combat).
By now i hate that screen. I want my choices back , so that i can choose instant battle again.

We've had the suggestion we offer the preference "always instant combat" -- this is easy to do, so we'll probably add this in a patch.
