I still am not able to do this: to swap men between divisons so that I can reinforce some divisions with men from depleted/low morale units.
Also how do I disband a unit/division??

I'd like to know how to disband a container unit too.

To swap men between Divisions you have to access the units in the Military Advisor Screen.

Then, left click on the unit that is losing the troops, and then left click on the unit that is receiving the troops. I do believe both units must a) be in the same province, of course, and b) be the same type of unit (INF for INF, RFL for RFL, HCAV for HCAV, etc.)
